The adventure into the mind...
Nature Based Therapy
Spending time in nature gives our nervous system a chance to reset. The sights, sounds, and rhythms of the natural world help calm stress responses and bring us back into balance. Whether it’s walking among trees, breathing fresh air, or simply sitting outdoors, connecting with the elements can lower anxiety, improve mood, and create space for new perspectives. In therapy, nature becomes both a grounding presence and a partner in healing.
Psychoanalysis
In psychoanalysis, we focus on changing problematic behaviors by exploring the unconscious meanings and motivations behind them. Think of it as pulling back the curtain on what’s really driving your choices. And yes—while Freud may have had his famous couch, we’ll keep things a little more modern but you can still kick up your feet while we chat.
Existentialism
Existential therapy is a collaborative, human-centered approach that helps you explore life’s deeper questions and challenges. Together, we focus on finding meaning, embracing personal freedom, and living more authentically. Rather than avoiding life’s uncertainties, this approach encourages you to face them with courage and clarity, so you can make choices that align with your values and create a more fulfilling life.
